Promo stamps and prerelease marks sit beside Hour of Devastation Promos art. Confirm the promo set code rather than assuming booster-pack PHOU. Also watch foil vs nonfoil: sheen does not change which set Hour of Devastation Promos is.

Rarity by symbol color
Special product (promo): rarity color may still follow modern conventions when a symbol is present, but SKU/treatment beats draft-rarity folklore. Verify PHOU and the collector number before comparing to a main-set printing of Hour.
Legend shows the modern post-Exodus palette. Pre-Exodus sets and special rarities (for example Time Spiral purple timeshifted) follow the rarity reading above — not this swatch row alone.
