Common mistakes

On 2020 Heroes of the Realm, the usual miss is missing serialized / special guest / bonus sheet rows. Money still clusters around Heroes / Realm; treating the whole list like one price tier is how people overpay bulk. Also: 2020 Heroes of the Realm (2021, current Standard / premier) gets mixed into lots that are not the same product — match set code ph20 before the art.

What to check first

First: recent sales after the set cools. On Heroes / Realm, do condition under light before grade talk. Then use the 2020 Heroes of the Realm checklist for gaps — sealed is not a plan for the expensive row.
