Common mistakes
On HarperPrism Book Promos, the usual miss is confusing masters reprints with original printings on price. Money still clusters around HarperPrism Book Promos / Mana Crypt; treating the whole list like one price tier is how people overpay bulk. Also: HarperPrism Book Promos (1994, supplemental / masters) gets mixed into lots that are not the same product — match set code phpr before the art.
What to check first
First: exact set code vs original printing. On HarperPrism Book Promos / Mana Crypt, do condition under light before grade talk. Then use the HarperPrism Book Promos checklist for gaps — sealed is not a plan for the expensive row.
