Common mistakes
On Secrets of Strixhaven, the usual miss is week-one hype prices as permanent truth. Money still clusters around Secrets / Strixhaven; treating the whole list like one price tier is how people overpay bulk. Also: Secrets of Strixhaven (2026, current Standard / premier) gets mixed into lots that are not the same product — match set code sos before the art.
What to check first
First: treatment (borderless, showcase, extended) and number. On Secrets / Strixhaven, do condition under light before grade talk. Then use the Secrets of Strixhaven checklist for gaps — sealed is not a plan for the expensive row.
